I think Mitt can manage and delegate witness Bain"s and the Olympic successes.

The problem I think is that Romney thinks he has to defer to the professional political managers as he doesn't consider himself an expert in that field like he does in business. At least that is my take on it. To me there is no question he is a good manager/leader in fields wherein he is familiar.

GOP strategists are saying he has direct control over his campaign. That suggests he is involved in the day to day operations. I think its a mistake to assume someone is good at managing when they are part of a successful business. I have met many a successful entrepreneur who couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag.

One last thing............I mentioned this to RW.........he isn't doing much campaigning........nothing like Obama is doing. I noticed that back around July 4th. Obama was campaigning his butt off while Romney was up in NH jet skiing. And since then I've noticed that Romney seems to stump for two days and then takes the rest of the week off. What he seems to like to do is fund raise...............and that's what he's been doing mostly..........which suggests he likes the role of rainmaker. Just sayin'.

And btw Obama skipped his usual August vacation in Martha's vineyard............just spent the weekend in Camp David.
