I think that's probably right. It appears it is a carefully crafted plan that requires some coordination in the timing of different events.

I don't see any other reason that exists that would require there to be that sort of effort in close coordination between events relevant in the Shining Tree development effort, and those necessary for the development of the Nemegosenda property. It's an oddity of the situation, of course, that those who've been claiming there are those sorts of strict requirements defined in sequencing events between the projects... also claim that there's not a meaningful short interest ? LOL!!! Right. "It's not there"... but, we're still expecting the company will be doing things in a precisely defined way... when it seems there is no other reason that could exist to have the sequence in the events be that precisely defined ?

Still can't say that with any real certainty, of course, because there are other things which could easily explain the timing that we do see, at least as far as Shining Tree, without it depending on anything more than timing aspects in the markets, which the company doesn't control, and coincidence. I've said for a while I didn''t expect they'd move to advance the Shining Tree effort... as far as publicly announcing things... until after we saw a reversal taking place in the gold markets. Otherwise, the effort you make in putting out news... might resemble nothing more than hollering down a well... as opposed to making noise the market will recognize.

There's something to be said for "success breeds success," too... so, there may well be market synergies which emerge as a function of seeing proofs of more than one obviously successful effort being advanced at the same time.

It wouldn't make any sense at all... to hold off on making announcements in order to syncronize the timing... and then have the synchronous events NOT be capable of generating synergies of some sort ?

Short squeeze or not... if they put out big news about Shining Tree... that enables recognizing a more significant value resident in the Shining Tree properties than some have believed was resident in the shares ?

I'd not think it a problem to have them show us that the Shining Tree property has potential value that justifies a larger fraction of the current share price than some now expect ?

It will be interesting to see what sort of values they've uncovered in the exploration work that hasn't been PR'd yet. Some of that, I think, is likely to be "news" that comes in the form of analysis of data that we already have... that puts the data in the context of the regional "big picture" in a way that hasn't happened, yet. I think they probably learned a lot from the holes we know they've drilled... that they haven't talked about yet. I agree with you that some of the work was done previously, and not PR'd... or, at least, not in a way that made awareness of the events stick. I can't recall, for instance, whether they'd previously announced that they were doing the IP work, or not ? Makes perfect sense to me that they'd have done that work coincident with drilling the last two holes they reported... perhaps explaining a lot more about the selection of those locations than is apparent from the result we saw in the analysis of the cores...

So, I'll be looking for two things...

First, a better definition of the nature and extent of the near surface mineralization. We know there are some high grades right on the surface. And we've seen grab samples and drill cores showing us some decent values. But, we've not ever had enough info to give us a good idea of the extent of the exposure of high grade materials at the surface. The photos of the outcrops, posted recently, did more to suggest "more" than the reports of assays of samples... which don't give any real hint of the extent of the exposure.

Meaningful that it's been called a "Juby proxy" by others... ? The Juby zone has expanded with work done over the last few years... first increasing to a million ounces, and now to two million... ??? Proving that sort of a resource, in SRSR's Shihning Tree property... would be worth $0.05 to $0.10 a share... given $1500 gold and a per share value counting only 3% of the value of proven reserves... with a lot of upside possible in the gold price, and in the markets willingness to increase the % in resources that should be reflected in prices. I don't expect to see that sort of resource announced in the next report... but, will be encouraged to see a report that suggests that the "Juby proxy" language is valid. The Juby didn't have a million ounces, and then two, proven up without doing the work to prove it. If the work SRSR has done keeps them "on trend"... that will be great.

Then, the second thing I'll be looking for will be a hint of something in the potential coming from the pairing of the IP studies with "known" patterns in the regional geology, and numbers from assays of drilling results, or analysis of them, that we've not seen yet.

Two targets... first, one in the near surface potential... which sampling and drilling shows as high values in the near surface materials... shallow meaning 30 meters or less... and then, second, is "the big one"... which you'd see potential for in the IP studies... and need to prove with drilling at greater depths along the footwalls of the structures, drilling the feeder zones, looking for the lower grade deep sources of the high values extruded to the surface, etc.

The shallow target should be fairly inexpensive to prove up... given you don't need to drill very deep to prove the extent of the deposit. And, even a smaller resource, with higher grades concentraded on the surface in a well defined zone, will justify the effort in development and a move to get it into production quickly...

But, "the big one"... deeper ? Or, a more extensive deposit composed of larger volumes of lower grade materials that are more extensive ? They'll probably take more time and cost more to prove up... but, the potential for a Kirkland Lake type equivalent is worth considering. Likely there is one lurking somewhere in or around Shining Tree. It might just as well be on the SRSR property as anywhere else ? Of course, in mining, you're always "one hole away"... from fame and fortune... Most holes drilled still turn out to have not much more than rocks in them ?

Maybe SRSR is sitting on some good news ?
