The data centers using ondemand equipment such as cable plants, packets are all within the data center still must be time and date stamped to avoid being lossy. Those packets(dotnet) that made up for webpages are time and date stamped by carriers. But large banks with many services have data centers doing all the packets within the data center, never time and date stamped by carriers.

SYMM must have sale organization to sell to big banks(switching hubs) and cable plants(edgeQam carrier) for their big data.
