in little more than a month from now, three states that already allow the use of medical marijuana -- colorado, washington, oregon -- will ask voters to decide whether to legalize cannabis for everybody, not just patients. washington state currently polls 58 percent in favor. colorado polls 51 percent in favor. in oregon, the prop was written too liberal for the soccer moms and has no financial backing and will likely go down in flames. i think the latest polls showed those favoring only in the upper 30 percent range, with a huge block of 22 percent undecided. http://radicalruss.com/the-russ-belville-show-59-why-support-for-oregons-legalization-is-20-points-lower-than-washingtons/
