"HTC is asking for a Nokia lawsuit"

If you have been paying attention then you know HTC is already a defendant in Nokia complaints and lawsuits in both the US and Germany, despite the fact that they have been a royalty paying Nokia licensee for essential wireless since 2003.

It is unlikely that Nokia will add design patents to the suit, but I suppose it is a possibility.

On a separate note:

<< I asked Eric this question and I got crickets... >>

With all due respect (or lack of same) you deserve crickets. There is only so much time in the day to respond to blather. The answer to your question (i.e. "why don't you") now has been answered in the previous sentence. Time permitting I may respond further but time may not permit.
