Dear Kenny Maybe they should have offered (the board) to loan the money to this person. At $750 i think you may be making to much of this. As to the increase in shares, we have little choice. I am suprised that the parties that are owed money have not taken this matter to court. They gave the money...they should get the shares (they would prevail in court). They may be waiting for business to improve...so they will at least get something back on their investment. Its may just be that longggg mentality.<VBG> Regards Dave u
