Hello Dave, hope you enjoyed the holiday. <At $750 i think you may be making to much of this.> Your probably right, but it's not the amount, it's the principle. Gives the impression of dumping(I know, I'm stretching it), before we shareholders(obviously including management) are asked to dilute our investment. Not the proper signal management should be sending ,we shareholders look to management for direction. What is the direction do you discern from this sale? Tacky timing...DD PS: I'm sure you realize that, any sale of 144s increases the float as well, no matter how small..float was just increased by a factor of .0001 (.01%)<vbg>
