Re TWI- The stock looks like it want's to go lower. It's cheap if earnings estimates come through. I think the recent weakness is due to the exchange offer for Titan Europe shares: titan-intl.com Might be an opportunity to start fishing for cheap shares. The mining slowdown is a concern, though.
