Wildcat,

Seems unlikely to be true. Wouldn't we have to assume that AuRIC was working without a contract, perhaps on a spec basis. Surely IPM would have had a contract that said something like "we will pay you $x/month for a maximum of y months to develop a reliable modified fire assay". Surely IPM mgt wouldn't have left themselves open to an unlimited payment.
