Desperately need more shadow inventory dumped on the market most places in FL I am looking. If not with the current dynamics prices might rise substantially in 2013 and I don't want that quite yet. I have zero belief that anyone in the financial markets consistently can make a good enough return to justify the risks. Yeah you might have a couple of good years with Apple stock the past decade or the homebuilders the past year or shorting anything with a pulse like 2008 put you eventually pay the piper one way or the other. Read on the Apple board a regular won the jackpot on that stock brushes off RE because hey he's been kicking butt with Apple for years why bother. He should be fortunate he picked the right horse at the right time. Could have easily been Nokia, Research in Motion, Sprint, Dell or fill in the blank. Then look at the perma bear boards folks so sure they've been 'right after the 18 month horrible bear market but since weeks after Obama took office they started getting their heads handed to them too.. Steady cash flow and equity buildup as never been more truer today after the roller coaster ride. Flipping game too competitive margins too tight these days a far cry from 2009 or 1999. Do you know anyone making substantial profits worth the hassle flipping today Ray?
