Well Peter, don't ask me, I sold my CHPS at 13 *before* the
announcement (at a big loss). My brother though is
still holding his shares that are locked up in the
tender offer. He says that he has no way of rescinding
it, and anyway is hoping to get the $17.5 from INTC.
