I know this is a moot point but whatever happened to the S4 filing
that Westell was suppose to come out with over a month ago before
the TI swoop? The fact that it didn't come out should have been a
flag that something was amiss. I was hoping to get some insights
from the S4 since it was to give details about the negotiations.
