Your pick PESI could work for me as well, gcrispin, as a reversion-to-mean play. Company has had its ups and downs with losses in '07-'08; it seems to have recovered after that. I like that: stated bv is increasing. Price to stated bv is relatively low compared to recent past years. Has a relatively very low psr. D/E is low. I see small insider buying--perhaps not significant: : insiders.morningstar.com perma-fix.com
