Jeff, I nominate Jack King, CEO of Zitel. Stock has fallen from $70+ to $10+. He publicly insulted the programmers at his only y2k client (State of Nevada)at the beginning of the downfall. And then the "contract is on my desk" "just waiting for lawyers to return from long weekend" statement. Three months later it was "I decided not to accept the contract"
