College is easier than high school and graduate work is easier than under grad. All yoiu do in grad school is write papers-lol.

Perhaps your view is distorted by the apparently fact that you are good at writing papers (either in an absolute sense, or relative to your other abilities or just academic abilities)

A lot of people find paper writing harder then the other aspects of education, and find college to be harder then high school, and graduate school to be harder then undergrad.

Its not just a matter of subjective opinion either, even after each successive level only takes the above average students from the level before you still get a fair amount of washout at each new level, and that's with people who have above average intelligence (as college attendance has gone up, the average IQ of those in college has gone down, but college grads, or even incoming freshmen, are still above average, and those with PhDs a lot above average).
