Linking to someone else saying something usually isn't an appeal to authority, its presenting someone else's facts or arguments, but not saying that they are right because of the people stating the facts or arguments.

And it wasn't Bilow's link to a Forbes piece, I linked to it. I certainly wasn't saying it was correct because it was in Forbes or because of the author.
