It is an interesting thesis to one like me who has never thought about such things before.

Not only thought about them but acted on the thinking. So you now [most likely] are using my wondrous CDMA technology to move pixels in mobile Cyberspace and talk to people far away. Globalstar is nearing completion of the second constellation. You will probably use that. In my shed I have a prototype secret weapon to defeat the prancing, chanting Aztec gold-bearing moai people.

The whole idea of digging oil, dirt and rock to make steel and gold, with enormous human effort is crazy. Especially when most of the gold is just buried again or otherwise hidden away to do nothing, but instead of just sitting happily in the ground, it then requires constant protection against theft or loss, and often expensive storage facilities to protect it.

I am going to put them out of business. In 2020.
