and the one thing I see driving it is the improvement in the housing market.





It is nice that we avoided depression by forcing millions of people into the RE game. But we need other real economy sectors as drivers...manufacturing, alternative energy, infrastructure New mayor of Chicago has set up an infrastructure bank . State of NY has technology incubators steps in the right direction.

Hopefully after the election take advantage of record low cost of capital to a more productive end...
