Excerpt: South Korean Finance Minister Lim Chang Yuel reached an agreement with the International Monetary Fund on emergency funding for the world's 11th-largest economy. The agreement, which came earlier than expected, paves the way for South Korea to receive funds to alleviate a foreign currency crisis by helping refinance $21 billion of debt that matures this year...
