You cannot compare liberals to teapers. Good lord tejek. They are night and day. Teapers work off of ignorant dogma. They are truly an ignorant group think nonsensical phenomenon with a mob mentality. Liberals deal in facts and reasons and live in the Democratic party, but are by no means the majority. Most blacks and Latinos are conservative not liberal. The dem party is a big tent party, but not necessarily liberal. And we liberals are only 20% of the electorate and have always gone our own way. We went against the established dems and Humphrey during the Viet Nam war and history has proven us correct about that war. That was a bullshit war. The thesis is that Obama ran as a liberal and then the minute he was elected, tact to the center; and that is why the kids did not come out and vote for the dems in 2010, and we not only lost the house, but also redistricting for a decade! Rat posted the numbers on who stayed home in 010 a while back. Tom Frank (What is wrong with Kansas) said Sunday on Chris Hays show UP (smartest show on TV IMO) Obama ran as a liberal until we found out differently. Many if not most liberals today see Obama as a center right president. Rat was just ahead of everyone and pointing out the truth. It is the truth tejek. Are you Ok with lying? That is what right wingers do, not liberals. We don't do that. As Will Rogers said when asked what party he belonged to: "I do not belong to an organized party, I am a Democrat." <<I agree with you 90% of the time and feel you are very astute, but when it comes to Obama you have blinders on. Most of we liberals have trouble with Obama, not just the rat. He is just one of the few with the guts to say anything, and he has my admiration for it. But that's exactly my point. How is Wharf's behavior any different from the teapers and their complaints about the GOP? He comes on this thread......the Obama thread............and denigrates Obama nite and day and complains that he's a RINO. In your eyes, his behavior is admirable so you must feel the same way about the teapers. No? BTW I am a liberal and don't have a problem with Obama........just as a point of record.
