Kieko,

Just reading about the SEC changes and they don't take effect
until January. Like you said many critics believe more radical changes
will be neccessary because many loopholes still exist. Wonder what
gave the SEC the idea that NASDAQ has inflated spreads? HA-HA.
BTW checked with my broker and the MM's have been unable to shake
many "apples" from the tree and buys outweigh sells.
