Shades,

Unfortunately, one of the downsides of being a publically traded company is that you cannot spend every waking moment in rumour control. But then again, if the company had a credible history of profitability and sound management, many of these questions would be muted by past performance. Furthermore, the company has a responsibility to properly inform and educate its shareholders. Among these would be to get a determination on current operational status in Nicaraugua and the DR. Let us know what you find out.

I do not have the income of a stock market supervisor in a large city, i live in a small town and am poor, if i could call nicaragua for free I would be happy to spend the entire day of my time looking this up, besides some Nyas claim the company is feeding us fradulent info, so we need someone with other connections to get us the facts, i can think of no one that should have better resources available to them than Mike Kugler.

Shareholders of this company have a heavy burden as there is a lack of current and accurate information publically available on this company. Thus, it is incumbent upon the Yeas (since you all need more people to buy to force your squeeze), to gather accurate information and to force the company to respond as to what the company's current status is.

There are many things going on at the company, between lack of good management in the past, and mergers, and court battles and they may not be aware of everything, besides if you nays are correct, they are lying to us so we need people in the industry that will give us the low down from other sources, I nominate Mike Kugler. Still I maintain my posotion, a short squeeze does not require fundamentals.

Make this company educate you. For a true short squeeze to develop, the yeas must resolve the unanswered issues to the satisfaction of the "neutral" or inquisitive observer.

I still disagree, a short squeeze can happen on a garbage company, which RMIL is not, besdies how can I MAKE the company educate me when you calim they are feeding me bogus data, I need someone who is familiar with the industry and has many contacts that will not lie to me as you calim the company is, where is Mike Kugler when you need him, I thought he was here to save me the foolish investor, well do it then, you think I WANT to LOSE my money HELL NO, get on the ball and get me some facts and post what you know and if it is a rumor state that and i will not attack you for it.

And btw, from my sources, the SEC has mixed feelings on the internet, seeing far more bad than current good. I'm sure that they are perusing this thread with a similiar bias. That is why where ever exists "irrational exuberance" <vbg>, there must be nays that force you to once again into objectivity.

I TOTALLY AGREE, WE NEED NAYS, just not copycat nays that do not add anything new, I want MIKEs rumors, and facts, and ideas, he CLAIMS that is why he is here, but when he says I am here to save you, and I will lose money and time to protect you, and then he tells me to go do my own DD that makes me question him. MIKE I am poor, I am NOT a rich stock market supervisor in a big city that can afford a membership to a golf club, HELP ME OUT IF THAT IS YOUR TRUE INTENT, I DO NOT WANT TO LOSE MONEY, DO NOT SEND ME TO A COMPANY THAT YOU CLAIM MAY BE LYING TO ME, THAT DOES NOT HELP ME!
