Hi everyone! Sorry to have remained mute for so long. I was off on a Thanksgiving weekend at my folks and internet access is long distance.

There is no question that ozone treatment of meat and poultry is a ways off. But that should not be of great concern. You can't push the federal government any faster than it wants to move. But if public awareness is heightened above a certain threshold it will happen sooner. We can help some with that but realistically not much. However I'm sure the company will do all they can in a most timely fashion to see ozone approved for usuage on all foods. Once awareness rises a level of critical mass, all the pressure that will be necessary to gain approval for ozone usage will be in place along with required testing.

Contaminated food???

Chlorine, irradiation or ozone? What would you choose? After all lets think about this situation logically for a minute. Compared to all other existing(approved or not) disinfecting and decontamination techniques ozone wins hands down. Ozone is better in every way. I believe the public will eventually demand it's use.

So with OZON for now, I say simply enjoy the ride!

Regards, Jeff
