Just my 2 cents re Dr I's 11M. Two possibilities.

1) Perhaps IOM stockpiles these announcements. And further, perhaps they, unlike me :( , remembered it was about time for another Barrons hatchet job, and wanted to save the announce to counterbalance it.

2) Assuming the Dr. I is an IOM employee, perhaps he told when he found out the 11M was shipped, but IOM announces when the 11M is verifiably sold through the channel.
