From the MF Board: On pp. 115 in Money magazine (1998 Forecast Issue), Mr. Richare Frankel from DL&J listed SPDRs, DELL, and IPIC as his top picks for 1998. His comments on IPIC is as follows:"...Fears about potential liability lawsuits have dragged the stock down 64% from its 97 peak of almost $33. But Frankel says Interneuron has limited liability, ample insurance, $140 millon in cash and several other major drugs now undergoing clinical trials that support his 12-month target price of $22, and 83% rebound form here ($12)".
