XXXXX,

Thanks for the e-mail. Things at the plant continue to operate normally.
As you know, our stock price may not always be indicative of business
operations at the time. We remain steadfast and confident in our goals
of growing revenue and achieving cash flow positive by Q1 2013.

Everyone here is laser focused on revenues and fuel sales. Processor 1
is nearing completion of repair, processor 2 is operational, and
processor 3 continues to be in assembly.

In regards to your question about the SAIC results, we were making fuel
#6 and naphtha only for that run because that was in demand at the time.
The machine has made and remains capable of making diesel and switching
the types of fuels made in real-time as was disclosed in our February
conference call.

In terms of your question regarding petcoke, it is no more of an issue
now than it's ever been for us. The process of petcoke removal and kiln
cleaning on processor two remains a mostly automated process, using very
little man-power and getting our kilns to a "like new" clean after being
performed. We remain very happy with the results of our proprietary
petcoke removal process.

We look forwarding to offering more detail in our next timely quarterly
filing in regards to our revenues.

Again, we remain confident about the company's goals set forth going
forward. Our whole team thanks you for your patience and loyalty as a
shareholder.

All the best,

--
