Asian Market

It's afternoon in the Asian Markets, and Japan has been repaired. That which was apparently broken is fixed. Up to 17000+ on the Nikkei. All of Japan's fiscal problems were probably a figment of someone's imagination. Ergo: Everything is rosy, and NY will probably reflect that in the AM.

Japan is the giant in the east, and accounts for 2/3 of the total economy of the area. As Japan goes, so goes the area, problems in S. Korea and Malaysia not withstanding. Not wishing them any bad luck, I will be curiously watching events in the East as always.

Lesson for today: Ingest large quantities of grains of salt on a regular basis.
