Duh (Repost, one word changed)
or
Huh ?

I really can't believe that anyone at IPMCF thinks that they should have released the latest news. It certainly would seem like corporate suicide wouldn't it ? Have Slick Oily Doyle and Lying Le had enough, are they completely giving up. How far did you get in the release before your others got in the way of your others ? Whew, what a relief, glad that's all cleared up. In order to gain a clear picture of the situation you probably have to be aware of some roles played by Behre Dolbear and IPMCF. If you couldn't see the big blow off in the release then read on. If you did see it pardon me for being redumbdant. It is sometimes necessary to separate the yadda from the doo to see the clearly hidden.

Managers, overseers, evaluators, observers, monitors, verifiers. IPMCF is using "previously established accepted methodology" - What is it?

Independently verifying the recovery and fire assays process

International Precious Metals Corporation (IPM) announced today that it has been advised by Behre Dolbear & Company, Inc., IPM's mining engineering consultants, that an additional 30 days is required to complete their independent fire assay analyses and review of IPM's recovery processes

Huh ? No longer verifying, now analyzing the fire assay, no longer verifying, now reviewing the recovery processes.

Phoenix, Arizona September 11, 1997
independent verification program has been expanded to include platinum group metals (PGM's) in addition to gold. Bateman Engineering Inc. has been engaged by the company to assist in the independent verification program"

Toronto, Ontario - November 26, 1997
Behre Dolbear & Company, Inc., which was asked to audit gold content in
the Black Rock material, has now reported that measurable amounts of gold were obtained from the chain of custody sampling.

Duh

BY WHO ? USING WHAT PROCESS ? WHO HAS VERIFIED THE PROCESS ?

Further, Behre Dolbear also acknowledges in an addendum to its
report, that the results from chain of custody samples (reference sample 181B in IPM's press release of November, 14, 1997), forwarded to an Arizona registered laboratory indicated gold at between 0.02 to 0.042 oz/ton using a Modified Fire Assay Procedure.

Duh

WHOSE RESULTS ? BATEMANS ? USING THE IPM LEECH AGAIN ?

As indicated in the press release, other chain of custody samples taken by others indicated values of between 0.02 to 0.08 oz/ton.

Duh

WHOSE SAMPLES ? USING WHAT METHOD, THE IPM LEECH AGAIN ?

Toronto, Ontario - November 26, 1997
Behre Dolbear has indicated to IPM that Bateman Engineering Inc.'s specific experience makes it a more appropriate firm to assist IPM in its next phase....and will therefore not be undertaking any additional work for IPM at this time

Ya, no kidding.

Where the hell is this guy when you need him ? Huh ?
Phoenix, Arizona May 1, 1997
"Lycopodium has assigned a senior chemical engineer with PGM experience to head the technical team."
Confidentiality Agreement ????

Best Objective or The Star of Hope Award to IPMCF
"objective is to produce incontestable independent verification..."

Incontravertible, verified, independent verification of an assay, independent verification of the recovery method, Verfication is not analyses, Verification is not review

Worst Sentence Award to IPMCF
"other chain of custody samples taken by others."
And that is verified by recovery of...nothing.

I sincerely hope that you did relax this weekend.
Get Out.
It really is just a matter of time.
Where has all the money gone ?
