I heard a Romney sound bite this morning. He was in Virginia (home of defense contractors) so it was understandable pandering. The gist was that he wants to bring more jobs to Virginia, he wants to make our military so strong that nobody would want to test it. Warm and fuzzy feelings all around, USA, USA, we're number one. Go Bears. Is that a realistic goal, is that a possible goal? What percentage of GDP would that take? That's always my problem with the republican party, it's filled with republican control freaks.
