Is that a realistic goal, is that a possible goal? What percentage of GDP would that take? This kind of stuff makes me nuts. The nation is broke. I see absolutely no need to be the policeman of the world. It does not work and is not appreciated. The nation is not yet ready for the truth of our fiscal mess.
