DK,

I think Ed's statement is rational. "Everyone will be plugged in". It's no longer becoming a matter of choice. As far as the small family business that does not have one, they will sooner or later. (unless they are older and do not have someone to leave there business to)

There accountant should recommend it, just to keep the cost of doing there books down.
