I have learned that an earnings miss doesn't mean much if the miss is by a few pennies. As long as earnings are growing, the dividend can grow. HRS has a decent looking earnings history in my opinion.

HRS looks like a CL type of company. Low yield, high dividend growth rate. I'm in LMT though. High yield AND high dividend growth rate. They just raised the dividend 15% this week.
