Francis, The main thing Intel is seeing is more high priced mpcs being sold instead of lower priced ones. 166 MHZ and 2 MHZ Pentiums and Pentium Pros are being sold at rip-off prices by the monopoly provider. Since price is higher, that translates into more dollar revenues. That is great for Intel. But not for anyone else. MB
