it's simple.....eat less calories,exercise or burn up calories ,have an eating discipline........btw,I have difficulty following my own advice.......also,the carbohydrate-free diet has worked for many people
I see many patients who are obese and morbidly obese who have the gastric sleeve operation...but the long teerm results are not in yet on this procedure.

Medical school curriculum is lacking in the area of nutrition and dieting.
