You're welcome Ted and kudos to you for that work you did..

At the time I bought the bldg, it was believed LA was going down the tubes.........recession, drought, riots, and earthquake..........all happening within a couple of years. So when I bought the bldg, people were telling me I was crazy to buy anything let alone in this part of Hollywood.....which was still mostly a so so area of the city. They told me I would never get 'good' people to rent there........meaning white people..........even at affordable market rents. So you can imagine how good it felt to have a diverse bldg with people of every race living there in mostly good harmony and then have the neighborhood turn as well. I felt really vindicated. I learned then that the general wisdom..........like in 2007, people saying that a black man could not be elected president.............is not always the correct one. ;)
