Excellent example, and I fully agree... the problem is that our society as a whole is exposed to an experimental food fad which has created a society which is now more than 35% to 40% obese... despite the noise here from some ill informed quack calling himself a doctor, the credible research literature is full of supporting evidence illustrating that the preservatives in the foods we eat have a significant and highly detrimental effect on our normal metabolism of nonstructural body fat... of course, preservatives and other chemical additives are added into the foods so they can stay on the shelves longer, it's really all about broader distribution of our food supplies to a larger distribution network... this has allowed the global population to explode in the past 100 years to its current numbers, the world is now in the middle of a huge population bubble because of food preservatives and faster food distribution networks... but, it also comes with a serious cost to our health and well being...
