Dale I do not have any detailed financial information on the company. Millicom was founded by Shelby Bryon a well known PCS pioneer more than 10 years ago, they have cellular phone licenses in 19 countries covering approximately 390 million potential customers. This is another start up and it's hard to value its future value. I think the potential is some what diminished with the current problems in emerging markets. The stock trades more on expectations than current financials. Mr Bryon left the company 2 years ago. Good luck with your shorts.
