"How do we stand on adapting TO's suggestions? Anyone not in favor?"

I would be in favour of TO's suggestion(s).

Wouldn't it now be a case of deciding on the actual details of (a) do we use the total dividend from each of the two Portfolios, or (b) do we use an equal amount from each accumulated dividend such that our total Investment Amount remains approximately the same for both Portfolios?
There’s also the question of at what point in a stock’s price decline do we buy more of it with the dividend cash, is it 20%, 25% or 30%, etc.., down from the price at which we purchased the stock for the Portfolio?

And whatever is the final decision I reckon we should add it to our existing "Rules".
