all - merger news biz.yahoo.com it looks like the offer doesn't ve much of a premium, unless AXNT shr price is expected to rebound. Since both boards ve approved the merger, it looks like CPQ has sanctioned the deal (don't see why not, since it will own a larger co after the merger - and shr pr is not its main concern.)
