lsh- These are local ducks in southern WI (Horicon Marsh). The teal usually move out upon the first freeze, and no freeze here yet. Was 40 degrees this am at the marsh, couple of green winged teal and a drake mallard today. My brother went trout fishing on the last day in Sept, as that was the end of the season in WI. Water level on the stream was very low, and no action for him at all. We need at least 4-10 inches of rain, but after the beans and corn are in. Lots of beans being combined now. Corn pretty much just starting to get picked.
