Not necessarily. But these foundations are set up as tax dodges or tax deferments. And not readily available to the little guy. I think the whole tax code needs to be scrapped.

Of course this will never happen unless a new country emerges.

Meanwhile the nit picking and race dividing will continue for political gain.Rah Rah.
