Not quite the same. The little guy doesn't have the means to set up a foundation. It takes all his income just to stay afloat. Meanwhile a foundation can run for up to 70 years AD as long as it spends a portion of the yearly income. Meanwhile the treasury gets nada.

Here I am trying to get the rich guys like Koch, Gates and Buffet to pay their fair share to the treasury and all you can do is argue? All those skyboxes should come into question too.
