I never said I hated Obama. I voted for him. My problem is with his policies, not with him as a person. I think he is a fine, intelligent man, and his family is a testament to his values. I'm passionate about this country and our long term success. My criticism spares no one who I think has policies that run counter to the success of this country. But unlike you and others like you, I try my best to stay away from attacking the man, but rather I focus on his policies and my views on his policies.
So stop interpreting what I say in the wrong way. Take what I say at face value. I like many of Obama's policies, including his progressive tax stance, his social policies towards gays and women, his immigration policies, many of his foreign policies, and most of all his stance on climate change and renewable energy.
But I am absolutely diametrically opposed to his Keynesianism and his support of the Communist Bernanke, as well as his handling of the Too Big to Fail Banks. Unfortunately, my number one issues is fiscal, monetary, and economic policies. That trumps all my other political priorities, which is why I will not vote for Obama again.
Anyway, you obviously don't know me and have not read the last 16 years of posts. My positions have been very clear. The candidates I favor change, but one thing I've been fairly consistent on is my fiscal and economic conservatism. |
