He is a little lame troll. What you have to consider while evaluating him is that he is so enamored with Kenneth and impressed that he has a law degree. Certainly someone as disciplined and academically successful as he does claim to be would not be so impressed with poor Kenneth that he refers constitutional and criminal law questions to him. He is likely a little rolly polly wannabe and quite possibly gay.
