Ed: Your predictions have been very close, but your price is on the rise.
Previously, your target price was 22, now it is 24. That sounds like good news for the rest of us. As time goes on, your target price will eventually be 32, then I will feel confortable buying a new Jeep or Toyota 4 runner.
Like I said before, keep running those numbers until they look better.
(I hope you see the humor in this) This is normal life for an accountant, make those numbers fit!!!!
I hope you got your mud tires installed, you may still need them, the roads look cold and wet today.
