I install it. Then it blocks Snope's copy blocker. The copy blocker is probably java-script. The default for No Script is to block javascript from a site, unless you enable it (add it to a permanent white list) or temporarily enable it. If you don't enable Snope's site in No Script, then its scripts don't run, and it can't stop you from copying and pasting.
