The donations he took as tax deductions reducing his taxable income....we made up the difference.....probably 35% and then he only paid 14% on his AGI anyhow because he was politically embarrassed to claim what he was allowed to do and pay a rate less than 10%... To pull off the scams he did required an army of shyster lawyers and accountants....
