Bordynuik sued some people for defamation, and the result was that the judge did not rule that anyone had committed defamation. Case closed. In other words, Bordynuik did not win a defamation lawsuit. What does it mean when someone doesn't win a lawsuit. That's right, it means that the opposite of win occurred. What is the opposite of win? BORDYNUIK LOST HIS DEFAMATION LAWSUIT! What a pathetic, sad little cross-eyed newt!
