007, It makes good investment sense to be cautious and do due dilligence, but you sound like you wear suspenders AND a belt. If a pennyless friend had a winning lotto ticket in hand wouldn't you lend him the cab-fare to cash it??? I would. This stock in the heydays of VISX and Summit Technology (when they had nothing) sold above 20 dollars a share>>>do some further research and report back. good luck:::::nysebob2
