How is it revenue neutral.........the tax reform Romney has been proposing on the campaign trail talks about cutting taxes 20%......that's roughly a revenue loss of $5 trillion over ten years. Romney/Ryan are unwilling to explain how this will cut the deficit nor are they willing to tell us what loopholes they will close. They talk in broad generalities and when confronted they say there is not enough time to explain their plan or its too complicated.

I call bullshit!
